Cafes and restaurants

Vat-refund (tax refund)

How to get
Central Festival is located in Central Pattaya between Pattaya Beach Road and 2nd Road in the area of Soi 9. To get to Central Festival can be on any songteo, which is on 2-nd Road. Close to Central Festival is the famous street Walking street.
The company Roong Reung offers air-conditioned busses from Pattaya North Road Bus Terminal in Bangkok (Bangkok’s Ekamai Bus Terminal on Sukhumvit Road, which departs every 30 minutes (daily from 5.30 am to 9 PM).
Air-conditioned buses from Pattaya also depart every 30 minutes to the Northern Bus Terminal in Bangkok (Bangkok’s Northern Bus Terminal on Morchid, Phaholyothin Road) from 5.30 am to 7 PM. From here passengers can take buses to Northern Thailand (Chiang Mai).
